  • Improved EIA loop detection and compensation.
  • Improved power drop detection and compensation.
  • Improved v.90 train/retrain stability; uses multiple v.90. retries before v.34 fallback; chooses low v.90 rather than v.34 connect rate where possible.
  • Improved LAPM connection reliability.
  • Echo canceler technology has been added to improve difficult connections.
  • A condition that resulted in the modem failing to respond in some environments has been corrected.
